All of US packages are shipped without any invoices or receipts, just a packing slip. Receipts are emailed to customers upon purchase.

For orders under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partner. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase and will receive tracking once your order ships.

We use USPS or UPS, depending on the size & destination of the order.

Standard Free US Shipping orders (those $60+) must be placed by Dec 8 to guarantee arrival by Dec 24. While orders will generally arrive much sooner, carriers frequently experience delays due to increased volume over the holidays.

Expedited orders must be placed by Dec 16 to arrive by Dec 24. Express shipping is 2 business days once product is received by the carrier.

We move quickly to get your order out — usually within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping carriers can run into delays during holidays or bad weather, but we appreciate your patience while it makes its way to you. It's always worth the wait with Randy.

Yes! Our products are cruelty free, and never tested on animals.

Most of our products are vegan. Review individual product ingredients for exceptions.

Absolutely. Our products are designed with men in mind, but the formulas work for anyone with skin. We focus on effective ingredients, lightweight textures, and clean scents — not heavy “for men” fragrances or gimmicks. Great skin isn’t gendered.

Beards are welcome here. When applying cleansers, serums, or moisturizers, use your fingertips to work the product through your beard so it reaches the skin underneath. The skin under facial hair still needs cleansing and hydration.

Pro tip: apply skincare first and let it absorb before using beard oil.

We always want our customers to love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, upon receipt of the returned item.

For US orders, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For Canada orders, a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted.
